The volumes of patients range from a 13 bed (Childrens Unit) to a 34 bed (Adult Unit) I am responsible for the admission process, treatment planning and encouraging progress through therapies and medication management/adjustment. I provide direct compassionate care through 1:1 processing and individualized treatment. I oversee and direct LPNs and MHTs. I attend daily treatment team meetings where I assist with coordination of care with physicians, SSTs and counselors. I maintain Page 2 secure & safe environments for patients and staff.
