Creates and maintains associated documents, ordering supplies, opening and sorting mail, copying, filing, answering phones, greeting visitors, providing information, and scheduling meetings. Uses intermediate knowledge of administrative skills, methods and practices and chooses appropriate alternatives from among predefined policies and procedures to complete work. May train or coordinate work of other administrative or temporary staff.
