- I sit as lead President for all 8 developmental centers in Ohio. I assist with ensuring that all centers meet regularly with management to ensure all concerns are addressed. And to find in collaboration with management a way to meet our organizations goals.
- I also participated in a Team Building Committee at SODC in which we collaborated together to achieve a more positive work environment.
- I sit as President of Chapter 1320. I provide education and training to union stewards. I also mentor and provide support to our members. I organize meetings within our chapter as well as with management.
- As Chair of OCSEA Public Relations Committee I organize and oversee the committee. I ensure that we have productive meetings that help us to achieve our duties. I gather all the materials, prepare a agenda for meetings to ensure meetings go efficiently.

I support residents in achieving their personal daily achievements. Through guidance, problem solving, assisting but most of all listening to their concerns with empathy and non judgement.
Developing a rapport with residents through open communications. That allow them to come to trust me. I implement appropriate behavioral management provided to me in the form of plans. I teach them appropriate behavioral techniques and new skills to someday live out in the community. I provide emotional support by listening and assisting. I assist residents with visits in the community. I help and assist residents in housekeeping and providing a safe living environment. I work with my peers and management to find a way to make the progress of each resident achievable.
I participate in regular staff meetings to discuss a residents progress updates. Working together as a team to make our residents be as successful as possible.
I maintain documentation of the progress they make. I provide daily documentation of any events pertaining to their day to day living.
