  • Was recruited by a former Lennar executive to assist him with a small builder venture he partnered with
  • Manage sales, marketing and operations
  • Hired Sales Consultants, enhanced a new website and content
  • Worked with a local ad agency to brand and advertise Breeze Homes
  • Created new processes related to sales contracts, loan approvals and customer satisfaction

  • Was recruited by an associate from Lennar that I started my career with over 20 years ago
  • Hit the floor running by revamping the current Division that was operating as Breland homes, the company Lennar purchased on December 27th, 2021
  • Started with 21 total employees and left with 67
  • Grew the Sales and Marketing Dept, Construction, Purchasing, Finance, Land Department and Customer Care in less than 12 months
  • Overhauled the product offering to convert from Breland homes to Lennar
  • Spent countless hours establishing new standard options as well as cutting costs where possible by value engineering plans
  • Purchased land deals as well as reviewing and adjusting budgets that were in place prior to my arrival
  • Collaborate with local officials and developers to ensure Lennar’s presence in the market
  • Develop and execute strategic plans and objectives to make certain customer satisfaction
  • Closing goal projected to be 436 Fiscal year 2023 ended the year at 544

  • Was recruited to join DR Horton, Nashville to take it from an average producer in the market to one of the top 3
  • Led and developed a plan to achieve Division’s goal as it was not making sales and closing plan
  • Made immediate impact, revamped policies and procedures regarding sales and closing departments, required all Sales Representatives to go through Jeff Shore Sales Training
  • Ordered immediate Shops to be done on all sales reps and terminated employees where needed
  • Joined a team of 8 and grew to 28
  • Made the sales floor a competitive one and doubled the sales in a year
  • Year over year growth since May 2018
  • The fiscal year prior to my arrival they were just shy of 250 sales 2019, grew their business over 200% ending the year with 515 sales
  • Increased Capture Rate by 23% and have required a mandatory pre-qualification before a deal is written with the in-house lender, (DHI)
  • Focused on Websites and increased our google analytics exponentially in the year
  • Developed a strategy for each community to ensure sales and closings numbers would be met
  • Worked with various companies to ensure marketing and social media marketing would be set up for success
  • Made close relationship with Zillow representative and Marketplace to secure additional sales
  • Team Lead in our Senior Management group, Division President asked me to take the lead in land acquisitions’ decisions based off market research and CMA’S
  • Conducted training for both Sales and Construction to increase customer surveys and assist in Operations very frequently
  • Work closely with land, construction and Lending VP’S to get the job done
  • Conducted bi-weekly sales meetings and was creative with sales contest and motivation for the Sales Team to be energized and have fun
  • Made calls to customers when needed and called just to follow up to be sure their process of purchasing a home was a positive experience
  • 28 total direct reports including Marketing Director and Closing Manager
  • The Sales Team and I won a Regional Trip in Spring 2019, 2020 and 2021
  • In 2022 received an invitation by Division President and Regional Vice President to join the elite group of employees to go on bi yearly cruise to Scotland and Iceland
  • Took the Division in 4.5 years from 200 closed homes to the final year before I left to 944
  • Was a big part of that success driving the sales team to the goals that were presented
