  • Researched and recommended new recruiting venues to AFRL. Recruited HBCU/MI graduates to work in AFRL through career fairs, visits to schools, conferences, etc.) Recruited HBCU/MI faculty to work in AFRL summer research programs, and serve on senior-level DoD and Air Force Advisory Boards.
