Angele Aguep a Ngae

I am a Registered Nurse with solid clinical experience in long-term care and rehabilitation, and I am excited to transition into acute care through your RN Fellowship Program. Since 2024, I have worked at the Everett Center, where I care for residents with complex medical conditions and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality, and compassionate care. This role has strengthened my assessment skills, clinical judgment, communication, and my ability to respond calmly and effectively in urgent situations.

What motivates me to pursue this fellowship is my desire to build a stronger acute-care foundation and expand my nursing practice. I am eager to learn hospital-based protocols, enhance my critical-thinking skills, and manage patients whose conditions can change quickly. I bring a strong commitment to patient safety, cultural humility, teamwork, and continuous learning.

With my CPR/BLS certification from the American Red Cross, my dedication to evidence-based practice, and my goal of transitioning into hospital nursing, I believe I would be a strong fit for this fellowship. I am motivated, adaptable, and ready to learn from experienced preceptors while contributing professionalism, compassion, and strong work ethic to your team.
