- At North Shore Community College, I worked as a peer mentor in the RAP (Rise, Achieve, Persist) program, where we helped students from the Black and Latino communities. Our main goal was to make them feel comfortable and supported while studying. We set up study hall sessions where students could get help with their schoolwork and also take part in fun activities.
