My job duties include doing all vitals on patients, including all screenings on patients, up dating medical records with colonoscopies, dexa, and mammograms. Im in charge of cleaning and sterilizing instruments. I would be in charge of ordering lab supplies for the whole office, prior authorizations for medications, and completing FLMA paperwork. Rescheduling appointments, scheduling appointments , calling patients with lab results, and answering any questions or problems that they have. Making sure patients are up to date with medicare wellness, and slums forms, prepping rooms for procedures, and doing ekg's as needed

I would be in charge of rooming patients, Sanitizing, restocking, and organizing exam rooms and medical equipment. Directing patients to exam rooms, answering questions that patients would have and getting them ready to be seen by the provider. Calling or electronically sending medications to the pharmacies. Drawing blood on patients as needed. Scheduling patients and check them in and out of office. Setting up exam rooms for procedures. Completing ekg's, ear lavage's, and eye exams.

Assisting physician with minor procedures.
