• Provide operational leadership to achieve Quality, Customer Experience, Engagement and Stewardship goals. Improved door to floor time from ED. Met readmission goals for all cause 30-day readmissions for COPD, CHF and Pneumonia

Concord Hospital is a 295 bed community hospital, Level II Trauma Center, serving 29 surrounding towns in Central New Hampshire.

• Accountable to CNO/COO for daily hospital operations including patient flow, emergent situations, allocation of clinical staff, code responses, extensive communication with multiple disciplines, outside agencies and facilities, media, and Incident Commander Role
• Ensure successful onboarding of Hospitalists to nursing team and emergency clinical situations. Serving as liaison to facilitate nursing and provider communication
• Facilitate and lead successful conversion from paper to electronic policies and procedures as Chair-person and Administrator of Nursing Policy and Procedure Committee to achieve ISO certification requirements
• Facilitate robust Code Blue Committee as Co-Chair to identify process improvement opportunities through case reviews. Rapid Response Team manager.
