Known for exceptional time management and organizational skills, I effectively support students with special accommodations, ensuring a safe learning environment. A fast learning who can multitask and provide excellent customer service to our district parents, guardians, and visitors. My ability to collaborate with students and adults is my passion.
I provide inclusion support to students in the general ed setting. While managing challenging behaviors using de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe and productive learning environment for all students. I have the privilege of developing strong rapport with students inside and outside of the classroom. I monitor students during transition and during any other activates. Iam given the opportunity to collaborate with the RLA department to create customized activates for students. I promote inclusiveness to my students. I Maintain positive attitude and communicant with each student. Offer student support throughout special accommodations, extra assistance. Oversee class of students in absence of instructor.
Followed classroom plans left by class teacher to continue students education and reinforce core concepts. Upheld classroom routines. Developed strong rapport with students. Kept students on-task. Maintained day-to-day classroom management. Supervised in lunchroom, hallway transitions, and any other duties given to me by my supervisor. I also helped in the office by answering phone calls, redirecting students and other office duties.
