  • Responds to personnel concerns in a timely manner. Follows staff disciplinary policies and processes and conducts corrective action in cooperation with Human Resources. Documents personnel actions and submits documentation to HR for personnel files as required.
  • Approves timecards, mileage reimbursement and allocates overtime incurred for assigned employees in an accurate and timely manner. Submits change forms timely.
  • Ensures facilities are maintained in a safe, hygienic, and satisfactory manner, including adherence to all regulatory standards. Addresses and documents efficiencies noted during safety inspections and follows up in a timely manner.
  • Serves as medication trainer/qualified manager and provides oversight to staff in medication administration. Investigates and addresses medication errors timely and in accordance with established procedures.
  • Completes and submits monitoring tools per prescribed schedule, addressing any noted concerns and documenting actions taken. Assures that concerns noted through case management or organizational monitoring are addressed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Assists in implementation of strategic plans and provides data for strategic plan metrics as needed. Participates in accreditation activities as needed and assures that staff are provided information related to the strategic plan and accreditation.
  • Assures that individuals have available to them any prescribed and/or needed adaptive equipment or assistive technology.
