In my role as a Financial Literacy Tutor, I assist students with intellectual and developmental disabilities in acquiring the financial skills they need to thrive independently as adults. These skills are vital as they transition into adulthood, enabling them to lead more autonomous lives. Through structured lessons grounded in real-life scenarios, students gain practical knowledge. Currently pursuing a Finance degree at Essex County College in Newark, New Jersey, I've come to appreciate that learning and achievement are lifelong pursuits. My previous experience as a Banker enhanced my ability to effectively interact and communicate with diverse individuals, fostering strong, familial connections with clients and deepening my understanding of money management and banking.
