I was working together with my dad, the DoorDash account was under my dad’s name he was the one who drove and I was the one who did most of the job. I took food order from restaurant and delivered it to customers, helped restaurant resolve problems if there were items that wasn’t available by asking the customers if they wanted something else or they wanted to cancel the order, responded to customer complaints, reported to DoorDash if there was any safety problem while taking the food from the restaurant or during dropping off the food at the customer, gave DoorDash updates on restaurant service hours for upcoming holidays.
Opened and closed the restaurant, took dine in and to go order (including phone calls order), made drinks, ran the food and drinks, cleaned and set up the tables, did the payment, filled up the sauces on the table, packed up a to go order, prepared the sauces in small container for to go order, handled doordash and uber orders and problems, in charge of cashing up when the owner was not at the restaurant, helped frying the egg rolls and packed up the spring rolls when the kitchen staff is busy.
