· Manage and report analysis of profitability in inventory positioning.

· Oversees all aspects of inventory analysis and maintains warehouse inventory management.

· Liaise with purchasing & production planning to ensure optimal inventory.

· Responsible for post shipping order analysis; detailed review of costing components and confirmation of margin.

· Manage RGA reconciliations in inspection, audit, credit, and coordination of corresponding chargebacks to raw material suppliers.

· Responsible for coordination of freight, shipping and reconciliation for yarn and raw materials in both local shipments to El Salvador & for LA shipments.

· Manage and report finished goods stock levels and analysis.

· Manage received inventory in LA from production facilities to ensure that adequate inventory levels are maintained to fulfill customer demand.

· Maintain live inventory with daily changes for close-outs.

· Provides liquidation report and reviews with executive leadership.

· Identifies and eliminates obsolete and excess inventory. Monitors and identifies inventory nearing expiration and coordinates the disposition of the products.

· Works directly with Production Manager in the support of internal projects, both systemic and physical.

· Provides systematic support of item setups to assist in production and provides operational support.

· Responsible for keeping stock items and closeouts (or seconds) in an organized manner.

· Generates, develops and implements appropriate/ standardized reporting.

· Generates distribution of regular reports, summarizing inventory accuracy to executive leadership.

· Reconciles all inventory discrepancies.

· Participates in sales, production, and supply chain planning process related to setting and driving inventory targets.

· Entry of greige goods for Los Angeles production into internal company systems.
