
Over the last fifteen years i have been diligently improving my ability to adapt to the rapid changes that have affected our industry. As a manager, it was necessary to become cross trained in all functions operations and duties. My technical experience and longevity in the field alow me to handle even the most stressful situations. I am well versed in Customer care and deescalation are crucial skills to have. This will require level headedness and tact that can only come with experience of action.
