As a hospice aide my main duties are helping patients with bathing, dressing assist with dental and personal hygiene, make beds, change lines, monitor and record bowel movements.

Assisting patients with all shower needs, dressing, transferring from bed to wheelchair , observe patients and note physical condition and behavior and report changes to the nurse.

My duties were to provide personal care for residents, assisting bathing, toileting, transferring and helping them with nutrition needs, monitored resident's vital signs: pulse, temperature, BP and respirations reported abnormalities to medical personnel.

Maintain clean and safe patient environments by following strict hygiene protocols and identifying potential safety hazards.

Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans, participating in team meetings and training sessions.

Effectively communicate with patients and their families, providing emotional support and ensuring their involvement in care decisions.
