Key Accomplishments 

  • Developed a process and platform to allow for visibility and prioritization of opportunities. This also allowed us to run reporting with turnaround time, number of opportunities, and award status. 
  • Automation of allocation and customer routing guides. Worked with global team managing Portrix and Tender Management to use coding needed for mass upload. This was scheduled to be completed in 2020 based on existing projects. 
  • Selected as super user for allocation and booking management tool, Portrix. Traveled to Germany for training. When I returned developed work instructions and trained the teams within the US. Served as an escalation point between US colleagues and India colleagues.
