  • Oversee the cloud migration of 17 systems to various platforms and reorganize authorization boundaries, including forming partnerships with new system owners and guiding them through the authority to operate process.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with System Owners, driving the resolution of vulnerabilities, Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms), and compliance deficiencies to enhance system security.
  • Spearhead the transition to a new Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tool, including staff training, data migration, and seamless production deployment.
  • Identify and address documentation gaps by facilitating focus groups and achieving consensus among stakeholders to ensure robust, standardized processes.
