SAP (System Analysis Program)
With a background in retail and a transition into the corporate business realm, my knowledge and skills have continuously grown. The combination of my experience and education, as I near completion of my business psychology degree, has propelled me to achieve success in the business world at a young age. My journey began at Michigan Spring and Stamping, a company specializing in Powertrain and Transmission applications, where I was initially hired as a summer intern in the accountant department. My focus was on the ERP switch over from Fourth Shift to SAP, and following the successful implementation of this changeover, I was offered a permanent position within the company. Since then, I have taken on increasing responsibilities, gradually assuming control over accounts for smaller customers and ultimately achieving success with biggest names in the automotive industry. Now serving as the Customer Service Manager, I am known among my colleagues as a perfectionist and a team player. Consistently striving to improve upon every task that comes my way, my dedication led to my selection as a member of the change leadership team for our entire company—an honor bestowed upon me by the vice president. A strong work ethic is paramount to me, allowing me to excel not only as an employee but also as an individual who takes pride in their accomplishments. Working in the competitive automotive industry, particularly with the big three companies, has demonstrated my ability to tackle any challenge that comes my way.
