I work with my team to provide efficient and high- quality service in our fast paced work environment. I prepare sides and beverages for guests while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. I also manage the front, attending to guest transactions, packaging and fulfilling orders through dine-in, takeout, and third party delivery services such as DoorDash, Grubhub, and Uber Eats. I can work well under pressure and pay attention to detail to maintain order accuracy.

• I bake cookies for the kiosk and or prepare / decorate cookie cakes for customers according to any special requests. I pay close attention to detail and precision as I decorate cookie cake orders, as well as meeting customers deadlines. I maintain a clean and well-organized food safe work area as I work throughout the day. Providing friendly customer service as I take guests orders throughout the day as well as restocking and handling shipments on occasion.

• I worked as an overnight baker, preparing a variety of breads, pastries, cookies, pies and more. I would follow recipes as written and practice food-safety guidelines to ensure consistent quality. I would manage multiple tasks while working independently in a fast-paced environment. I maintained a clean and organized workspace throughout my shifts and made sure products were fresh, stocked, and ready for customers by opening time.

• I worked in the food department, providing friendly and efficient customer service to guests. I worked with my team in a fast-paced environment (a variety of restaurants at this theme park). I took customers orders, handled cash and card transactions, handled the POS, and prepared and served food and beverages. When preparing any food, I would strictly follow portion guidelines and recipes to maintain accuracy. I would also maintain a clean and organized workspace while following food safety and sanitation standards.
