As a hostess at Huckleberry's, I greet and welcome guests enthusiastically as they walk in, and get them seated accordingly, providing menus and a brief description of the menu and our specials. I input the newly seated guests into our system, which keeps us organized and lets us know what seats are available. Throughout my shift, I ensure the bathrooms and hostess area are clean and tidy. At the end of my shift, if I am closing, I will complete the closing duties, which consists of taking out trash, gathering used rags, taking care of iPad, etc.
