Installation commander for $1.5 billion of real property consisting of 173 facilities on 1,200 acres. Executes an annual $336 million operating budget. Responsible for training 14,500 joint service students annually in intelligence, scientific applications and firefighting. Commands four geographically separated units in California, Arizona, Florida and Washington D.C.

Served as the Department of Defense executive agent for joint cryptologic language, analysis and reporting, and fire protection training. Served as the 17th Training Wing Senior Intelligence Officer.

Executed Defense Intelligence Agency coordination with decision makers from the National Security Council, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Intelligence Community, Interagency partners, foreign partners and allies.
