Commands 17,000 military and civilian personnel, families and retirees across four groups and 16 squadrons conducting Department of Defense, United States Air Force, joint service and international technical training for 50 nations. Installation commander for $1.5 billion of real property consisting of 173 facilities on 1,200 acres. Executes an annual $336 million operating budget. Responsible for training 14,500 joint service students annually in intelligence, scientific applications and firefighting. Commands four geographically separated units in California, Arizona, Florida and Washington D.C.

Led 63-member Joint Force Headquarters-Cyber (Air Force) division, delivering staff support to four joint cyber task forces executing United States Cyber Command cyber effects operations. Oversaw United States Cyber Command operational plans and requirements directly in response to national command authorities. Responsible for the task readiness of 250 cyber operators in their execution of daily missions. Generated information warfare outcomes to ensure friendly freedom of action and influence adversary will.

Commanded 1,000 military members and civilians planning and executing United States Air Force- and Department of Defense-directed training for 14,500 joint intelligence, fire protection and scientific applications graduates. Managed and executed $32 million budget. Oversaw $212 million information technology systems and networks, $20 million acquisition program and $230 million in facilities. Oversaw intelligence, fire protection and scientific applications technical training spanning 85 courses and 14,500 students annually from six services and 50 international partners. Served as the Department of Defense executive agent for joint cryptologic language, analysis and reporting, and fire protection training. Served as the 17th Training Wing Senior Intelligence Officer.

Led five civilians, two officers and eight non-commissioned officers in front office operations. Directed support for Defense Intelligence Agency Director, Deputy Director, Chief of Staff and Command Senior Enlisted Leader. Directed all-source analysis, human intelligence, measurement and signature intelligence, open source intelligence, and space and counter-space intelligence for the Secretary of Defense, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and joint warfighters worldwide. Managed taskings, synchronized actions and provided guidance to nine General and Flag Officers and senior civilian Deputy Directors as well as 17,000 personnel throughout the Agency. Executed Defense Intelligence Agency coordination with decision makers from the National Security Council, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Intelligence Community, Interagency partners, foreign partners and allies.

Led 109 military personnel and civilians providing intelligence support to global operations and best military advice to the President of the United States, the National Security Council, the Secretary of Defense, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the Combatant Commands. Executed Joint Chiefs of Staff Directorate for Intelligence actions for special operations forces, counter-terrorism, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, current operations, nuclear, homeland defense, and global force management in support of global operations. Drove Joint Chiefs of Staff Directorate for Intelligence planning efforts across the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community to enable Secretary of Defense-directed Combatant Command globally integrated planning efforts. Instilled intelligence expertise, information sharing and risk assessments into Department of Defense and Intelligence Community strategy, exercises, plans, policy, joint and North Atlantic Treaty Organization doctrine.
