I started attending to Flagler Palm Coast High School in 2017 of August. Flagler Palm Coast High School offered me many opportunities and made me explore different extracurriculars offered there. My freshman year I did S.G.A. (Student Government Association), Thespians, Track, and Cross Country. These programs taught me about listening to directions given and how to better our community as a whole. As a sophomore, I continued to do Thespians and attend to SGA events. Junior year, I discovered a color guard program offered at the high school and continued with this program to my senior year. This program taught me a lot about respect and how to time manage properly.
I also did dual enrollment my junior and senior year of high school and will be graduating with 43 credits accomplished to obtain my Associates of Arts degree. I am going to be enrolled at Daytona State College for the summer and fall, to graduate with my Associate of Arts in December.

Color Guard taught me a lot about respect and organization. Color guard was absolutely my favorite sport to play. During marching season, we would spin a flag or toss rifles with the band and we give a visual effect to the audience in the stadiums. After marching season is over, winter guard season is up. Winter guard is where you perform indoors and compete against other teams. This strongly shows where your level is at and where your weapon skills are at as well. Color guard takes a lot of time and patience to learn new equipment. There was also times where we would practice every day and compete on the weekends with no breaks which taught me to time manage my homework with college and high school. Overall color guard has changed my life in a very positive way.
