My background is in Interior Design, as the owner of a contracted business which made me responsible for all billing and invoicing, ordering and tracking, installation, project management, drafting, FFE, customer service concerns, etc. I have worked on everything from commercial window displays and restaurants in New York and DC, to restaurants and commercial design, to working on full remodels of single and multi-residential homes. While doing this I have run an online furniture store, and before leaving New York had my office on Wall Street with an internship program arranged with NYU. I managed up to roughly 10-15 people at a time and my staff maintained the sales volume and customer service concerns on the website while I continued my full-time design work.
