While I was a surgery scheduler and care team assistant, I was responsible for scheduling surgery for fourteen professional ophthalmologists, including contacting patients with pre- and post-operation instructions, and collaborating with day surgery to set the time and date of surgery. When required in the clinic, I performed all glaucoma testing using the Humphrey Visual Field and assisted with the initial workup on patients prior to seeing the doctor after checking them in for their appointment.
