  • Manage one hundred staff (100 staff), including five office staff and most field staff.
  • Manage health department budget of ~ fifty million annually.
  • Worked as the point person at the organization level to represent the organization on the nutrition and food technical working group (NFTWG) of the Ministry of Health Rwanda.
  • Oversee Gasabo program health activities and report to the district every quarter.
  • Offered capacity building and supervised 100 staff, including program coordinators, field supervisors, and field health trainers.
  • Facilitate program participants to attain the health care they need at the district hospitals in Musanze and Gasabo through case management.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of health training in GHI’s implementation areas.
  • Advocate for the most vulnerable families in the programs to get health insurance (MUTUELLE) and related medical and social support at cell, sector, and district levels.
