Cover Letter

  • Dear Recruiting Team
  • My name is Angelique Jimenez, and I am writing to express my interest in the field of Low Voltage and High Voltage Energy and become one of your Electrician Apprentice. I am currently taking self-paced classes in the electrical trades through Western Electrical Contractors Association (WECA) and training under Logitech Energy on EVSE Operations and Maintenance . My goal is to become a Journeyman Electrician and eventually major in Electrical Engineering.
  • I do not have prior experience in the electrical trades, and I am looking to gain experience and training. What I lack in field experience, I make up for in my willingness to work and learn. I am willing to relocate and work 8-12-hour shifts (day/night). I know this job requires physical fitness, manual dexterity, critical thinking and situational awareness for safety – things that I am eager to develop and master. My background in healthcare, has taught me a lot to be a good team player, have common sense and follow instructions carefully.
  • I have a valid TWIC Card, a CDL A license with endorsements and a clean driving record. I am physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working on lifts or ladders. I am looking for a company where I can work hard, grow, and build a long-term career. Thank you for your time and consideration.
  • Sincerely
  • Angelique Jimenez
