• Responsibilities include supervising Adjunct Adult Education Instructors; helping build standard-aligned curriculum for Canvas courses; recruitment and retention of IECC Adult Education students; advising and assessments of students in the program; conducting orientation and enrollment events; building and establishing relationships with program instructors, tutors, staff, district college employees, and community businesses and individuals that partner with the Adult Education program for student success.
• Created curriculum and planned course content and methods of instruction.

• Helped design a community group within the MSEd Online Grad program that is comprised of student leaders - peer and instructor/advisor assistance, provided support for new students, and assisted with the launch of the first annual online graduation ceremony for the MSEd Online Graduate program.

• Providing assistance to three advisors for the MSEd Online Graduate Program - Course Carousel maintenance, researched student experience and development in classes, built connections and maintained effective communication between students and advisors, assisted with advisor meetings, and with grading in courses.

• Responsible for the Graphic Design program - Assisted with the Associate’s Degree program development, curriculum building, course organization, assisted with recruitment and retention, assisted with marketing for the program, reporting of the program’s progress and student progress, assisted with articulation of the program with universities, and prepared and taught dual credit classes and traditional college classes the basics and applications of computer graphics and design.

• Represent Illinois Eastern Community Colleges Adult Education Program
• Provide research and advocacy for adult education in southern Illinois and maintain connections and networking opportunities with policy makers and funders for Illinois Adult Education organizations, educators, and learners across the state.

• Currently represent Wayne County and IECC
• Provide support and attendance to monthly board meetings held at the WADI District Office in Enfield, IL, and remotely
• Bring beneficial information to help bridge the gap between this local organization and the IECC Adult Education Program.
