  • Sales Support - Provided input into developing an Annual Operating Plan (AOP) that is aligned with the strategic plan, sales strategy, and targets. - Execute and maintain sales processes and initiatives in accordance with a documented Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Amdocs sales methodologies (the level of responsibility may vary with the level of position). - Ensure that sales operations are conducted within the constraints of the departmental budget. - Worked with the Regional Marketing Lead to ensure alignment with marketing strategy, processes, and initiatives. - Developed the framework to support the Sales team and ensure effective and efficient sales.
