Liberty Mutual will provide one paper copy per year of any document, at no charge to you, upon your request. How to Update Your Contact Information It is your responsibility to keep your email address up to date. Hardware and Software Requirements To access, view, sign and retain documents and communications related to your insurance policy, you must have a device that will connect to the Internet, allow you to view the documents, and receive email. You also need software that enables you to view files in the Portable Document Format (“PDF”), such as Adobe Reader. You must also have sufficient electronic storage capacity on your device or other data storage unit to save copies of your documents. We will update you if there are any changes to the hardware or software requirements. Termination and Changes We reserve the right to terminate or change the terms and conditions on which we provide electronic communications or transmit documents by electronic means at any time.
