Experience working in a SOP structured and deadline intensive organization. Have a good understanding of current GMP and safety standards; able to apply this knowledge in a GMP manufacturing environment. Solid understanding of aseptic principles; able to aseptically gown and/or sterile gown as needed. Able to recognize, respond to, and document events that deviate from normal operations. Easily adapt to new organizational policies and procedures; learn new processes in minimal time. Ability to work cross-functionally with support groups such as Facilities, Quality Control and Quality Assurance Strong written and oral communication; reliable, flexible, and strongly motivated. Detail-oriented team player with strong organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.
