Family Support Specialist have three primary responsibilities including counseling/skill building, 24/7 crisis response, and care coordination for at risk youth and their families. Other duties include family search and engagement, facilitating Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings, and assessing and implementing safety plans for the family at home and within our community.
