Dedicated and highly motivated 19-year-old with an unwavering passion for fitness and a lifelong dream of owning my own gym. Currently taking on managing roles at a cold plunge and sauna facility, I have gained valuable experience in customer service, facility management, and creating a positive environment for clients. However, I am eager to take the next step toward what I truly want to do-learning the ins and outs of gym management. For me, a leadership role in a gym is not just a job-it's my purpose. Helping people transform their lives through fitness is what I live for, and given the opportunity, I would dedicate myself fully to making the facility the best it can possibly be. Bringing strong leadership skills from my background as a former wrestling and baseball team captain, I thrive under pressure, excel at team coordination, and lead with passion and determination. Hiring me wouldn't be a risk-it would be an investment in a young 19 year old who will give everything to see the gym and its members succeed. All I need is the opportunity to prove it.
