- Provided Administrative Leadership and volunteer recruitment strategies to ensure the continuation of our food pantry ministry, which feeds close to 800 people each month.
- Developed weekly sermons and bible studies rooted in Wesleyan theology and doctrine, ensuring a congregational connection with our past while casting a vision for "traditioned innovation" into the future.

- Mentored and provided leadership to two Duke Divinity students who have gone on to have successful beginnings to their ministerial endeavors.

- Over the course of four years, led the SPRC in transitioning almost every major staff position of the church. Almost every individual I had a hand in hiring is still a fruitful member of the Swansboro staff team today.
- Provided leadership to the youth ministry during a season of staff transition and saw growth from 10 to almost 50 in average weekly youth attendance. I also recruited and secured several volunteers who are still actively engaged in youth ministry at Swansboro today.
- Led the development of the Beacon Contemporary Service which grew from 70 in weekly worship to over 300 by the end of my four years. This growth included the construction of a new building and the launching of a second service.

- I currently serve the NCCUMC as a member of the Board of Ordained Ministry, within which I have the honor of chairing a discernment team and serving on the executive committee for our Annual Conference.
- Additionally, I also currently chair the district committee on Superintendency and work closely with my DS on matters of vision, discernment, and long-term strategy for the Harbor District.
- I serve my local community in many ways beyond the local church, one in particular that highlights my heart for inspiring the next generation is my work as a volunteer soccer coach for i9 sports, an organization with which I have coached for several seasons.
