- Monitor customer accounts daily to identify aged receivables and contact customers for payment and resolve billing issues.
- Receive and resolve in-bound AR related calls and email requests.
- Provide statements, invoices, and support to customers.
- Ability to act as a liaison between Lithia Motors Inc. dealerships and customers.
- Research and respond to inquiries from service and parts customers, Lithia stores, and internal customers within the timeframe that aligns with established service level agreements.
- Analyze and resolve account discrepancies.
- Process credit card and ACH payments in a timely manner
- Support and train junior staff in a positive way that seeks to encourage continuous improvement.
- Lead initiatives and projects in line with departmental and company goals.
- Lead and participate in cross-training within the department.
- Provide back-up coverage and daily support where needed.
- Assist with Tier II issue resolution by auditing accounts and reviewing postings.
- Other duties as assigned.
