• Prepared over 80 students for recitals twice as year, including preparation for festivals and competitions. This furthered their understanding of stage presence, memorization, technique and expression.
• Developed students' technical skills through healthy habits and continuous hand and body posture analysis.
• Worked with students to develop sight reading, memorization, finger analysis, theory concepts, improvisational techniques piano accompaniment, and piano duets and trios.
• Helped students with composition projects through chord, melodies and lyric analysis.

• Leadership role in graphic design and overseeing the redesign of The Language Services department's internal webpage for Children's Mercy Hospitals in Kansas City Missouri, 2023-2024.

• Taught functional piano skills in the required Group Piano courses levels 1-4, to non piano majors in college.

• Recorded student and faculty recitals and concerts at Sursa Hall for three years. Worked with artists specifications, controlled audio levels and track mixing.

• Gained practical experience in various aspects of the orchestra management world, applying academic knowledge to real-world situations.
• Gained exposure to various facets of the industry through job rotation opportunities that provided well-rounded experience within the internship program.
