Review Pandemic Era Overpayments and Overpayment waivers for approval. I review each waiver for extenuating circumstances indicating the waiver can be allowed, this involves researching UTAB, reviewing the previously denied issue for potential department errors, and looking through all claimant correspondence sent, which includes, fact finding documents, overpayment waiver requests, and web notices. If a reason to allow is found, process the waiver to an allow status. If the waiver can not be approved, depending on the circumstances, either forward the waiver to another department or process the denial.
