Summary

I began my career in the mortgage industry in 1997, starting in an entry-level position with North American Mortgage. Over the years, I have consistently challenged myself to expand my knowledge and enhance my skills, steadily progressing through various roles. In 2007, I joined Hometown Lending, where I played a pivotal role in establishing the Correspondent Lending Division. I was responsible for cultivating Correspondent relationships and managing Warehouse Lines, while also taking on a wide range of duties across multiple departments. As the company grew, we eventually merged with Bay Equity where I was promoted to Regional Operations Manager and later Assistant Vice President of Regional Operations. The Closing Department (Docs, Funding and Post Close) was my main department of focus and management. Opportunity with my husband's job took us to Florida. I worked for Eagle Home Mortgage in post closing until an opportunity to join the Secondary Team for Bay Equity presented itself. Unfortunately, the merger of Rocket and Redfin did not include opportunities for the Operations Staff of Bay Equity.
