Food Supervisor I
Run Unit Solo, Complete weekly inventory for unit, Process and receive weekly orders for all food and supplies needed to operate the grill. Process daily bank logs for cash register and weekly cash sales. Provide weekly safe reconciliation as well as cash deposits for bank. Complete daily temp logs and weekly sanitation logs for unit. Food prep daily for morning and lunch rush, ring up customers order cook them as well and do all closing for unit at end of shift with cleaning and sanitizing everything. Help in all catering needs when necessary, at my campus and other campuses on days I don’t work.
