55 hour work week

• Minimized devastating wildfires by employing hand tools, dozers and air drops for containment operations.
• Maintain and clean fire station and engine apparatus
• Aid and assist Park rangers for vehicle fires, medical calls, search and rescue, or traffic
• Perform daily rigorous physical training and wildland firefighting skills
• Perform under hazardous environmental and physiological conditions such as high temperatures, steep terrain, smoke, high stress, fatigue, dehydration
• Performed prescribed burns, felling snags, cutting brush around fire line, collecting fire weather data
• Performed various cutting projects and hazardous fuels reduction among different national parks

Unpaid Clinical Rotation for Physical Therapy school

• Assisted physical therapists in providing treatments to patients suffering from musculoskeletal injuries and diseases.
• Performed gait training and balance activities with patients as part of their rehabilitation program.
• Documented patient progress, treatments and data in charts.
• Monitored vital signs such as pulse rate, blood pressure, and respiration rate during treatments.
• Maintained accurate records of patient progress including evaluations, assessments, medical histories, discharge summaries.
