  • With a small team of peers we increased site certificate ratings from a failing rating of 25 to a near perfect rating of 48 out of 50. In that 6-month period monthly statistics, efficiency, organization, and site cleanliness were all improved, contributing to the overall rating increase.
  • Personal notes taken during training were hand selected and requested to copy and use for future trainees. These notes were used to create a non-formal trainee pamphlet and guide to assist new employees.
  • Personally recognized with a certificate by corporate for ongoing commitment and job dedication.
