Currently participating in studying the MIC values of commercial antibiotics against the strain U69D1o of Mycobacterium marinum in Trischman's Lab

• Conducting some MIC50/MIC90 testing using MIC plates prepared with 96-well microdilution plates and OXO plates.
• Growing mycobacteria slowly (several weeks) in the negative media (the negative media was made using 7H9 broth).
• Testing mycobacteria with positive and negative media.
• Some kinds of antibiotics using 96-well plates and OXO plates to test how mycobacteria develop and react with antibiotics over weeks for doing plates with serial microdilution.
• There are several kinds of antibiotics used to develop plates using some biofilm assay techniques (sterile way), such as clofazimine, pyrazinamide, streptomycin, isoniazid, metronidazole, linezdid, d-cyclosenne, moxifloxacin, ethambutol, and rifampicin
• Recorded and analyzed data to produce reports of results.
• Participated in lab meetings and project presentations.
