Besides, when I work in an environment where I have to interact and connect with customers a lot, I have diplomatic experience and having a second language, Vietnamese, gives me more advantages and opportunities to help many Vietnamese people in Vietnamese community at Sioux city if they are not fluent in English when they go shopping.

Vietnamese is my mother tongue before I learned and mastered in English. In a foreign country, there are many Vietnamese people who need an interpreter when they go to the hospital or pharmacy because they are not fluent in English or cannot understand all the technical words or information about medicine in English. So, with my available English and Vietnamese, I hope to be able to help more Vietnamese people when they are going to the pharmacy to get their medicine no longer a fear or afraid if they are not fluent in english.
