Excelling at Yankee Candle in Orlando, I excelled in customer service and problem-solving, effectively communicating product features and benefits. My ability to adapt to diverse groups and keen attention to detail ensured a clutter-free work area, enhancing the shopping experience for customers. I have been promoted now to an assistant manager. With that I have more variety in tasks to accomplish, such as making sure that the store is stocked, opening and closing the store efficiently, calculating numbers and filling out road maps, completing returns and exchange, and making sure sales associates are meeting their goal.
