• Helping decrease inventory value by submitting weekly inventory reports for the different regions
• Analyzing errors that are in the S4/HANA system related to notifications that effect the inventory value
• Help move materials to scrap via S4/HANA
• creating reports that analyze the inventory such as creating a shelf life report via excel
• Using powerbi to represent the reports visually

Projects:

1. Creating workflow map for different plants in North America to standardize the quality notification workflow process and the inventory disposition process

• contacting all North America plants and understanding the notification workflow processes, finding the similarity and creating a standardized process for all plants

2. Conducted an analysis survey with 40 colleagues to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the company in the different supply chain processes.

Involved in implementing and supporting a transportation management system that SpartanNash is rolling out across its 18 distribution centers.

• Optimized orders by reducing the number of routes through which the order is served. Consolidated those orders and sent those orders to transportation execution system called Mcleod. Assigned movements
  to the drivers and tractors through this system.
• Monitored the empty miles(KPI) such that outbound orders are combined with the inbound routes so that the driver doesn’t return empty after delivering the bound order thereby reducing cost
• Dispatched movements to the drivers, maintained the actual arrival and departure timings within the system, closed out the movements and transferred those movements for the computation of driver pays
