● Data Visualization Dashboard- Objects Falling from Outer Space
Designed a dashboard on tableau depicting all the recorded meteorite falls on Earth, their geolocations, and some data analysis on it.
● Designed and developed a database and website
Developed a website for a mock business that involves electric vehicle sales with the intent to learn and evaluate website development and database design and management to focus on database performance tuning and query optimization, business intelligence and data warehouses, big data and NoSQL, etc. . The website was designed with various features to enable selling EV’s efficiently. Work involved mainly creating ER diagrams for relational models of the website, creating, and populating tables and then using SQL.
● Arduino Based Proximity Sensor
Developed an Arduino based proximity sensor that can detect the presence of any object in its immediate vicinity or approaching the sensor without the necessity of any physical contact.
Technologies used: Arduino Nano, IR transmitter-receiver pair and the LM 324 operational amplifier.
● Marine data centers, a Research paperPublished a Research paper in an international Journal named “International Journal for Intelligent Systems and Applications”.
The paper focuses on reducing carbon footprint to save our environment and how new design for cooling of data centers will be economical and save precious resources.
● Personal server and private cloud
Designed Personal server and private cloud using NAS to convert an old laptop into a private server. Integrated the server with Nextcloud to create a private cloud service. Multiple users created with their own share of personal cloud.
● Home Security System
Analyzed overall requirements for developing a Home Security System. Represented it in X.805 terminology and worked on a multi-factor authentication system. Currently working on a Partial Smartphone Operation model.● Path Finder Robot
Designed and programmed a robot to follow a designated path and stop when done tracing it.
● Business Plan Project
This project involved creating innovative technology based on existing IPs. It involved everything from IP acquisition strategy to end product and all business concerns revolving around it like a basic project plan to cover management, charity, and philanthropy of the business to cover ethics of a business, a business plan which included finances, and a final pitch to Angel investors that covers communication skills. The project was pitched to possible investors for guidance and feedback and finally to know if they would invest in the project like Shark Tank.
Here I learned management of technological innovation and got a chance to organize my thinking in a complex and sophisticated way.
