• Our compensation model was finally adopted as the backbone of the final blueprint of the compensation for Hospitalist across the OSF system.

Actively conducted all managerial duties and continued further expansion of the hospitalist services to include other departments and recruited 2 additional Hospitalist in a very short tenure to expand the program from 8 to 10 Hospitalist.
