T-Mobile's TOGA application is used for credit risk decisioning for all incoming service origination contracts by determining their creditworthiness. Helped in the BRMS migration project built on an in-house platform to TOGA 2.0 in FICO Analytic Cloud (DMP).

Hyundai Loan Origination System manages all its decision-making and pricing business rules using FICO Blaze Advisor. Manage, design, and develop business rules. Lead the BRMS technology team to upgrade and modernize the legacy Decision platform for multiple application modules.

LPL Financial is one of the largest independent broker-dealers in the U.S. LPL ClientWorks is the proprietary, integrated technology platform to help advisors serve their clients. This application is a one-stop shop for handling all information related to accounts, clients, and investments. It provides architecture for the entire rules ecosystem to ensure a seamless experience for both IT and business SMEs. Lead the BRMS technology team to migrate from on-prem Blaze Advisor to the FICO Platform for multiple application modules. Help develop a BRMS CoE to handle all future decision-making projects at the enterprise level.

• Responsible for leading all client proposals, discussions, and awareness related to BRMS technologies.
• Directly manage, mentor, and lead 15+ member teams of developers, architects, analysts, and subject matter experts across multiple geographies for large and small-scale projects.

HCA's service brands include Hyundai Motor Finance, Genesis Finance, and Kia Motors Finance, using its proprietary Loan Origination System. As a rules expert, I lead the Blaze design and development team for multiple projects, enabling the rules platform upgrade from Blaze Advisor 7.4 to 7.8 and the automation of the CICD process using Jenkins.

HCSC, a subsidiary of Blue Cross needs to manage its Business Rules for Care Management which is a set of activities intended to improve patient care and reduce the need for medical services., Lead the Rules design & development team, Enable rules migration & automation using devops tools.

• Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) - Retail Eligibility Hub: HDFS, Hive, Talend Studio, Redhat Decision Manager, Jenkins UC, Github, Nexus, JBoss EAP, Json

HCSC required a custom solution to modernize the existing business rules and transform big data to generate interface reports using big data, ETL, BRMS, and DevOps, allowing business users the ability to manage the application rules with minimal IT intervention. Architect for the overall solution. Design integration of Talend and RedHat BRMS, coordination with multiple onsite and offsite locations, project lead for the development engagement, and mentor team members.

ICICI Prudential is an India based health insurance firm planned to introduced a dedicated BRMS to manage its business rules related to claims processing, inducting feasibility studies and proof-of-concept for the BRMS component, creating a roadmap for rules mining and rules harvesting exercises, designing the business layer, and orchestrating the integration architecture. Coordinate with teams across geographies.

Toyota wanted to maintain its claims processing rules with zero or minimal IT intervention. Develop, maintain, and govern any new rules introduced in the system. Define the process and design the RMA solution. Supervise the Blaze Advisor version upgrade.
