My position consists of:

• As a team member employee at Urban Air Adventure Park, your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Guest Interaction: Interact with guests in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner. Provide information about the park's attractions, safety guidelines, and special promotions. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously to ensure a positive experience for all visitors
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of guests and maintain a secure environment. Monitor the use of equipment and attractions to prevent unsafe behavior and intervene when necessary to uphold safety standards.
• Ride and Attraction Operations: Operate and oversee various attractions, including trampolines, climbing walls, zip lines, and other adventure features. Ensure that all equipment is in proper working condition and assist guests with harnessing and safety procedures as they participate in activities.
• Facility Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to keep the park clean, organized, and in good working order. This may include cleaning, sanitizing, and tidying up common areas, as well as conducting basic repairs and upkeep as needed
• Cash Handling and Sales: Process ticket sales, waivers, and merchandise transactions accurately and efficiently. Help promote and upsell park offerings to enhance the guest experience and contribute to revenue generation.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to coordinate daily operations, address challenges, and deliver exceptional service. Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment
• Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance your knowledge of park operations, safety procedures, and customer service best practices. Stay informed about new attractions and updates to policies and procedures
• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the park, including restrooms, party rooms, and common areas. Ensure that all equipment and attractions are properly stored and maintained.
• Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to employee conduct, safety regulations, and guest interactions
• Flexibility: Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the park's operating schedule and peak visitor times.
