It was a time after my high school graduation when I went back to my village from Kathmandu where I got an opportunity to volunteer as a primary level teacher due to the sudden and untimely death of a local teacher.

I always saw a naturally inclined leader from my school days where I was consistently chosen as Class Monitor and later when I got to grade 9 , I got an opportunity to lead the students of my school by becoming the "School Captain". This was the great opportunity for me.  Later after moving to Kathmandu for my higher studies, I got enrolled to organizations like: Nepal Red Cross Society and Nepal Scouts which even fostered my leadership skills.
